This live trap is made of galvanized and spot-welded wire mesh. It is equipped with safety trap flaps and a footboard release. The animal can enter the trap from both sides. As soon as the footboard is touched, the flaps close.

To prevent injury to the trapped animals, wire box traps must always be well covered, e.g. with twigs, bales of straw or camouflage foil.
